The Langham, Hong Kong is a part of the Langham Hospitality Group having its headquarters in Hong Kong. The first and the oldest hotel in its portfolio, The Langham, London, originally opened in 1865 as Europe’s first ‘Grand Hotel’.
I recently had the opportunity of staying at the Langham, Hong Kong. Read on my review to know more about this hotel.

There is the Langham Club lounge and rooftop Chuan Body + Soul wellness sanctuary with treatment rooms, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre for guests to relax in.
Langham is located in the vibrant shopping and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui, also known as the heart of Hong Kong and is within walking distance to the major attractions of Tsim Sha Shui like the Avenue of Stars, Star Ferry, Clock Tower, The Hong Kong Museum of Art. The Mega Mall-Harbour City is a 2-3 minutes walk away.
The place is surrounded by all major shopping stores and restaurants-from Michelin star rates ones to the non-Michelin but equally well rated restaurants.
Its a 35 minutes ride from the Hong Kong International Airport and just a five minute walk to Tsim Tsui MTR station.
The service is extremely courteous and the staff is really helpful. You can experience that right from the time you enter till the time you leave. The front desk staff is extremely efficient and courteous.
During our stay, our daughter while jumping around, fell down and banged her head against a table. The medical attention given to her was prompt and it saved us a visit to the hospital. Ms. Carrie Yeung, Senior Assistant Manager was especially calm and considerate.
Also, it was our anniversary and the staff had made thoughtful arrangements for the same. There was a handwritten note along with a basket of snacks, signature chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Room had all the amenities. A Nespresso Coffee machine with signature coffee pods, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle, iron, mini refrigerator and bar made our stay pleasurable.
We had opted for a double connecting room and the beds were very very comfortable. We had a nice and refreshing sleep. The kids had a lot of fun and they had thoughtfully provided a game for the little one.
The bathroom was sparkling clean with a large tub, a shower and premium toiletries.
Though we did not dine as such except for the breakfast at their Palm Court Restaurant, the breakfast was very fresh. They have a set menu if you opt for the breakfast package. Fresh juice is served and there are fruits and different kinds of bread to chose from. We loved the Cappuchino they served.
There is a three Michelin-Starred restaurant – T’ang Court, which serves authentic Cantonese Culinary food in this famous restaurant.
Main St. Deli is a New York style deli and features a cooked-to-order burger menu, all-day breakfast options and an array of Reuben and American deli sandwiches.
Bostonian Seafood & Grill’s many features seasonal imported steaks and fresh seafood specialties of various international influences.
Apart from the above, there is Food Gallery and Artesian which serve different cuisines and curated cocktails.
Pool and wellness
Chuan Body + Soul is a wellness sanctuary that has treatment rooms with saunas and showers and a health club. There is a swimming pool on the roof top though it is not very big.
Recommendation – Highly recommended! Five star luxury right in the centre of where all the action in the city is. Very close to all attractions.
Special shout out to – The staff, courteous, polite and very helpful!
Will we go back? – YES!!
