Service

The service is extremely courteous and the staff is really helpful. You can experience that right from the time you enter till the time you leave. The front desk staff is extremely efficient and courteous.

During our stay, our daughter while jumping around, fell down and banged her head against a table. The medical attention given to her was prompt and it saved us a visit to the hospital. Ms. Carrie Yeung, Senior Assistant Manager was especially calm and considerate.

Also, it was our anniversary and the staff had made thoughtful arrangements for the same. There was a handwritten note along with a basket of snacks, signature chocolates and a bottle of wine.

Room

Room had all the amenities. A Nespresso Coffee machine with signature coffee pods, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle, iron, mini refrigerator and bar made our stay pleasurable.

We had opted for a double connecting room and the beds were very very comfortable. We had a nice and refreshing sleep. The kids had a lot of fun and they had thoughtfully provided a game for the little one.

The bathroom was sparkling clean with a large tub, a shower and premium toiletries.

Dining

Though we did not dine as such except for the breakfast at their Palm Court Restaurant, the breakfast was very fresh. They have a set menu if you opt for the breakfast package. Fresh juice is served and there are fruits and different kinds of bread to chose from. We loved the Cappuchino they served.

There is a three Michelin-Starred restaurant – T’ang Court, which serves authentic Cantonese Culinary food in this famous restaurant.

Main St. Deli is a New York style deli and features a cooked-to-order burger menu, all-day breakfast options and an array of Reuben and American deli sandwiches.

Bostonian Seafood & Grill’s many features seasonal imported steaks and fresh seafood specialties of various international influences.

Apart from the above, there is Food Gallery and Artesian which serve different cuisines and curated cocktails.

Pool and wellness

Chuan Body + Soul is a wellness sanctuary that has treatment rooms with saunas and showers and a health club. There is a swimming pool on the roof top though it is not very big.

Verdict

Recommendation – Highly recommended! Five star luxury right in the centre of where all the action in the city is. Very close to all attractions.

Special shout out to – The staff, courteous, polite and very helpful!

Will we go back? – YES!!
